Peter F. Salcedo, DDS
Dr. Salcedo grew up on the beaches of Southern California, where he picked up surfing and
still attempts to sneak away to the local beaches looking for a good wave. Dr. Salcedo
graduated from the University of Southern California in 1976 with a Bachelor of Science (BS)
in Biology. He continued his education at the University of Southern California School of
Dentistry where he was awarded a Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS), in 1980. Dr. Salcedo
has extensive training in restoring implants having graduated from a 2 year Implant
Residency in 1994 from the University of Southern California School of Dentistry. He has
practiced dentistry in Chile, Los Angeles before coming to Fairfield in 2000. Recently in
2007, Dr. Salcedo became certified to provide Invisalign treatment to his patients. Dr.
Salcedo is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the California Dental
Association (CDA) and a member of the Napa-Solano Dental Association (NSDA).
Sam Soltani, DDS
Dr. Soltani considers Fairfield his hometown, having moved here at the early age of 5
years old. He graduated from Armijo High School in 1997, went to the other side of town and
received two Associate of Arts (AA) degrees in General Science and Liberal Arts and received
an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Biology, all from Solano Community College in 1999 before
transferring to the University of California, Davis (UCD). At UC Davis, Dr. Soltani received his
Bachelor of Science (BS) in Neurobiology, Physiology and Behavior in 2001. Dr. Soltani continued
his education locally at the University of Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni, School of Dentistry where he
earned the Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in 2005. Dr. Soltani went on to further his
training by receiving a Certificate of Completion of a 1-year Advanced General Dentistry Residency
program awarded to him in 2006. Dr. Soltani is an avid sports fan, you may even catch him playing
some rec-league basketball. But he generally spends time with family and friends in Fairfield.
Dr. Soltani is certified in Invisalign and Nobel Biocare Implants. Dr. Soltani is a member of
the American Dental Association (ADA), the California Dental Association (CDA) and a member of
the Napa-Solano Dental Association (NSDA).
Edward Po, DDS
Dr. Po grew up in the East Bay and still has many family members there. He graduated from
the University of California, Davis (UCD) in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in
Medical Microbiology. At UC Davis, Dr. Po and Dr. Soltani met and became best of friends.
Together they decided to attend Dental School and were lucky to attend and graduate together.
Dr. Po graduated from the University of Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni, School of Dentistry in 2005
with a Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS). Dr. Po continued his training, and received a
Certificate of Completion of a 1-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry in 2006. Dr. Po
is a car buff and likes to race cars and bikes for fun, sometimes competitively, at the race
track. Dr. Po is very competitive in nature, a perfect example is his membership of the IFOC
(International Federation of Competitive Eating). He placed 4th place in a competition at the
Artichoke Festival in Stockton, CA in 2006 eating 4 lbs of fried artichokes in 12 minutes. Dr.
Po is certified in Invisalign and Nobel Biocare Implants. He is also a member of the American
Dental Association (ADA), the California Dental Association (CDA) and a member of the Napa-Solano
Dental Association (NSDA).
